PAX specialises in outplacement and career transition programs. Our full outplacement service includes career plan development, resume, job search and job application training, skills and achievement audits, and interview technique training.

We can also conduct exit interviews and personality profiling. Programs typically run for between four and five hours over two sessions but can be tailored to suit individual needs.
