Brad Henderson


Brad has a diverse range of skills across a range of industries including engineering, planning, and more recently, education.  Throughout his professional career Brad has managed teams at all business levels including as an executive manager.  Having always been a student of leadership, team and performance coaching, Brad has developed his people skills over two decades of professional experience.  With 10 years’ worth of experience in the public sector, Brad is accustomed to the needs and challenges facing regional agencies.  

Having grown up in the western region of Victoria and now based in Hamilton, Brad understands the challenges of regional business.  He loves to bring new and better ways of doing things and he sees opportunities in every situation. A positive, meaningful and supported people experience is Brad’s goal in business and for the clients he serves.

Pam McDonald

Based in Bendigo, Pam is an HR management specialist with over 20 years’ experience in the field.  Her philosophy is that great people equal great business and that robust HRM processes and practices enable that to happen.  Pam takes great care to understand clients’ businesses to enable the best possible solutions and support to be implemented.

For over 10 years Pam has been consulting specifically helping businesses with:

Marcia Macgugan

Marcia is passionate about assisting individuals to achieve their career and life goals whether that be through career counselling, coaching or training.   Marcia believes employee development and well-being are central to business success.

Originally a business studies and information technology teacher, Marcia expanded her career to organisational training and development, Career Counselling and Life Coaching.  She has 20+ years experience in counselling, coaching, training and workshop facilitation across education, government, health, and manufacturing sectors in regional Victoria including:  leadership and change management positions, self-employed consultant and partnerships in agriculture and tourism businesses.

Peter Besgrove

During an extensive corporate career in human resources and people management, Peter conducted or managed the delivery of programs and projects in a number of large businesses, both in Australia and overseas.

Based in Dunkeld, Peter seeks to assist businesses and organisations in the region to manage the attraction, retention, development and rewarding of their people through the adoption of policies, procedures and tools which are relevant to the organisation, comply with relevant legislation and encourage good practice. In turn this should enhance the organisation’s reputation as a preferred employer and assist the organisation to achieve or exceed their financial and community objectives.
